Internship opportunity for undergraduate students, offered by the Data Team from Tuberculosis Group at OUCRU (Oxford University Clinical Research Unit), Ho Chi Minh City.
This 3-month, full-time internship is designed for 3rd–4th year Vietnamese students in biology, computer science, or related fields who are passionate about data science and infectious diseases.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months
• Location: OUCRU, HCMC
• Commitment: 40 hours/week
• Compensation: Unpaid

Eligibility Criteria

• Vietnamese undergraduate (3rd–4th year) in biology, computer science, or related field
• Solid understanding of mathematics and statistics
• Proficient in programming (R, Python, Bash)
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Interest in disease mechanisms and genomics

Intern Responsibilities

• Curate and analyze human genomic datasets
• Study and improve existing analysis pipelines
• Present findings in lab meetings
