Position Objective

- Ensure the dry lab workflow from receiving processed NGS data to delivering results, as well as storing and utilizing data for research: managing workflows, quality control, report standardization, and supporting research data extraction in compliance with standards.

Job Description

- Manage the operation process of NGS test results

- Coordinate closely with dry lab to collect, support analyze, ensure the data 's accuracy

- Support genetic test reporting both ad hoc and annuaL

- Support data extraction for research activities

- Manage and analyze data.

Requirements

- University degree in biotechnology, health sciences, biomedical sciences.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong skills in data processing functions on Excel.

- Proficiency in English, especially reading and writing.

- Knowledge and application of tools supporting test operations and reporting: Python, R, SQL, Tableau, etc.

- Ability to work effectively under high pressure.

- Strong teamwork and adaptability.
